About the Founder

Flavio Gomes is a serial entrepreneur with 30 years of building businesses. He started with a regional internet service provider, then founded LogiSense, a SaaS billing and monetization platform he scaled to serve enterprise customers including Garmin, Cisco, and Five9 across the telco, IoT, and XaaS markets. Three decades as an operator meant living with the unglamorous side of scale: pricing, operating models, hiring, and the distance between a strategy deck and what a team can actually execute. He founded Savnix Advisory to bring that experience to industrial and technology businesses deciding where AI belongs in their operations, and just as often, where it does not.
